We are very proud of one of Kimekai MMA's longest training students scoring a big KO victory.

Anthony Cowley has had a long road back recovering from complete knee ACL surgery + rehab in 2010 + 2011.

Great start to 2012.

This only confirms the importance of inner strength being the main thing in all Martial Arts journeys.

Saturday Laos came by w/ Kael to work w/ Nicko as they both prepare for their next fight.

There is a USA Cage promotion trip in the planning stages for July.
