UFC 133 in Philly

2011-This is a great reminder of the "Spirit of Ebersole". UFC 133 vs Dennis Hallman- a crafty veteran of the Octagon - Brian was part of UFC history when he was awarded a "of the Night Bonus" for KO of Hallman w/ an elbow via GnP. Mr DWhite did not appreciate Hallmans choice of fight trunks on the night. Which by the way are always pre-approved by UFC brass the day before weigh-ins. A fantastic moment in Philly- The City of Brotherly Love and Rocky.

The best part was right after the KO -Brian got up and shouted through the fence to Mickey Rourke sitting CageSide- "I AM THE WRESTLER"!!!!

That was some great fun.

Here is an old sparring partner Dana Rosenblatt w/ Ed Bavelock. Dana went on to have 42 Professional Boxing Fights after his KickBoxing career. He fought Vinnie Pazienza,Terry Norris + Howard Davis in the late 90s.
